Each vanity is hand
crafted and hand painted, hence each unit is unique and varies in color.
Return & Exchange
Please note the surface characteristics of natural
marbles are as very subjective. Natural veining, crystal line, local
crystallization sometimes can be interpreted as defects per the personal taste.
We have spent much efforts making sure each unit is at least at the
industrial average. All our product have gone through 100% inspection at the
factory and distribution center before freight shipping. Due to the nature of internet
commerce, there is no opportunity to tailor to each individual taste in marble, granite or stone
characteristics. Please note all our furniture/vanities are handmade and some
characteristics of such can be interpreted as imperfection. We do not
consider these characters as reasons for delivery refusal or returns. The refusal of
delivery is reserved for freight damage, wrong item, or factory defects approved by the manufacturer.
Orders returned without an RA# will be refused. We will send you a form with RA# and a return address. All returns or exchanged items will be charged a 15% restocking
fee. Note that inbound and outbound shipping charges are non-refundable or
reimbursable under any circumstance. Also note that we cannot take back any
returns without the original manufacturer's box and packaging materials. Be sure
to keep all of this until you are absolutely sure you won't be returning it! In addition, we will not allow returns of used or installed products.
DAMAGED ITEMS
Freight Carriers will call 24 hrs in advanced to schedule a delivery time frame. Please make arrangements to be available to sign for the package or inform an authorized personnel of our receiving procedures: Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival before signing for the package. It is your responsibility
to inspect the conditions and quantities
of your freight prior to signing the delivery receipt. Do not accept the item from the freight carrier if the package arrived damaged. Please inspect the merchandise very carefully before signing. Any damages, outside or inside of the carton, and shortage of package content must be noted on the delivery slip. Note: If the driver does not allow the proper time for inspecting the package, please write on the delivery slip "DAMAGED UNTIL FURTHER INSPECTED." By signing
your name without any note to the damages (minor or major), you agree on
receiving the freight in good condition and exact quantities.
We
are not reliable for any minor or major damages that are not noted onto
the
delivery receipt. Any damage found after signing the
package clear of delivery will be a refusal for return. In such case,
the buyer/receiver must file the claims directly with the Freight Carrier. Luxury Living Direct will not be held responsible for filing the claims or replacement of the order once the package has been signed clear of delivery without damaged notations. Damages major or minor must be notified to Luxury Living Direct within 7 days. Please keep a copy of the delivery slip for your records. Luxury Living Direct will reserve the right to repair or replace any products due to defect or damages during transit at our discretion.
