You may return your purchase(s) for any reason within 30 days of receipt for an exchange or a refund of the purchase price excluding our shipping and handling costs. Please note: there is a 15% restocking fee on all returned products.
Three-Step Return Process
Step 1: Please call us toll free at 800.574.3022 to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and state the specific reason of why you wish to return the product(s).
Step 2: Be sure to have all of the original packaging/cartons for all products to be returned.
Step 3: Arrange freight shipping company to pick up product(s) to be shipped back to the manufacturer.

Returned items must be in new and non-damaged condition and must include the original manufacturer's packaging and cartons. Be sure to keep all original packaging until you are absolutely sure you won't be returning the items. Any item that has been completely, partially installed and/or assembled cannot be returned. Shipping charges on the return shall be the responsibility of the customer. Products sold with "Free Shipping" will have the original freight costs deducted from your refund. All inbound and outbound shipping charges are non-refundable or reimbursable.
Any items that you refuse to accept delivery by the freight carrier (for any other reason than damages to the merchandise or shipping error) shall be treated as a return and subject to terms and conditions of returns.
What if My Order Arrives Damaged or has Missing Parts?
Our warehouse staff inspects all products prior to shipping. However if you find a manufacturer's defect or if your order is missing parts please create a support ticket by logging into our Freshdesk customer support portal. Be as specific as possible and include any pictures that will help us identify the issue. Once you create and submit a support ticket, one of our customer support agents will respond within 24 hours.
Any damages to the outside box or inside contents must be noted on the receiving slip prior to signing your name. We stand behind our products and we will make every effort to resolve any problem to your 100% satisfaction. We reserve the right to repair, replace the defective part, or replace the entire unit at the discretion of the manufacturer.
Luxury Living Direct will repair or replace damaged merchandise (depending on availability,) providing that you have followed the “receiving procedure” by making the proper notation of damages at the time of delivery. If a replacement is not available, a full refund will be given.
Please note the surface characteristics of natural marbles are as very subjective. Natural veining, crystal line, local crystallization sometimes can be interpreted as defects. All our products have gone through 100% inspection at the factory and distribution center before freight shipping. Please note all our furniture/vanities are handmade and some characteristics of such can be interpreted as imperfection. We do not consider these characteristics as reasons for delivery refusal or returns. The refusal of delivery is reserved for freight damage, wrong item, or factory defects approved by the manufacturer.
What If I Want to Cancel My Order?
If an order is canceled before the item has been shipped, your payment will be refunded in full. Canceled orders that have been picked up by the shipping carrier will be deemed as a return.
All refunds are given in accordance with the USD sale price at the time of purchase. Because Bitcoin payments are automatically converted to USD after submission by Bitpay, all Bitcoin refunds will be refunded at the current exchange rate at the time of refund. This protects both us, and you the buyer, from Bitcoin price volatility.
