Shipping Policy
The shipping carrier will contact you in advance to schedule a delivery time frame. An authorized receiver must be available to accept the package. Please have a friend to help assist with the opening and inspection of the packages. Please count the number of boxes on the pallet and match it with the receiving slip to ensure that you have received every single piece you ordered. Next, with a razor handy, please open and inspect any damages to the outside boxes and to the contents inside. Do not allow the driver to leave until you've fully inspected the packages to ensure that it has arrived in perfect condition. Any damages to the outside box or inside contents must be noted on the receiving slip prior to signing your name.
All shipments are curbside deliver on a pallet. Please have some helping hands available. Packages are heavy and fragile. Please call 1-(800) 574-3022.
If there are any damages, please call us immediately for assistance at 1-(800) 574-3022. By signing your name on the receiving slip, you have agreed to accept the packages in good condition and exact quantity. In the event that the driver doesn't allow you the proper time frame for you to inspect the package, please note the word "Damaged" on the receiving slip and sign for it and accept the package. Once the receiving slip has been noted as "Damaged" you will be fully covered in the event of a concealed damage and we will send you any replacements necessary - no questions asked. Please keep a copy of the delivery slip for your records.
Any damages must be reported to Luxury Living Direct with 48 hours. This policy is designed to protect your purchase and hold the shipping carrier accountable.
